Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are more likely to be dispatched the same day.

During sale periods or peak times (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), dispatch may take up to 3 working days. We'll always notify you by email once your order is on its way.

UK delivery options

The available delivery services, costs, and estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are the final delivery offer for your basket. Where an order contains supplier-fulfilled products, checkout may show separate delivery windows for separate shipments.

All deliveries require a signature. If you're not in, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection options.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. You can also check your order status at any time using our order tracker.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Split deliveries

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels, particularly if items are fulfilled by different suppliers, warehouses, or print-on-demand partners. If this happens, each shipment may have its own dispatch email, tracking link, courier, and estimated delivery date.

You will not be charged extra after checkout because an order is split. Any supplier or shipment delivery costs that apply will be included in the delivery price shown before you pay.

Supplier fulfilment

Some products may be dispatched directly by an approved supplier. We remain responsible for your order and customer support, but supplier dispatch times, courier services, regional restrictions, or temporary stock issues may affect the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is not collected from the local depot within the courier's holding period (typically 5–7 days), it will be returned to us. In this case we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further delivery charge.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately. If items inside are damaged, please photograph these too. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

International delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future — please sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
