Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Shopestra.
About us and these terms
These terms govern your purchase of products from shopestra.com, operated by Shopestra Commerce Ltd.. Shopestra Commerce Ltd. is registered in England and Wales under company number 17348927. Our registered office is Forest House (7th Floor), 16-20 Clements Road, Ilford, England, IG1 1BA. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
We are a consumer-facing retailer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send a dispatch confirmation email - this is when a binding contract forms between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example if a product is out of stock, damaged before dispatch, unavailable from a supplier, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error has occurred.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Optional extras will only be charged if you actively select them.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated during checkout. Orders containing products fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers may arrive in separate parcels with separate delivery estimates. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.
Bundles and product sets
Some bundle or package products may be shown for merchandising, discovery, or future launch planning. If a bundle is not available to purchase, the product page will not allow checkout for that bundle. Where bundles become purchasable in future, stock, supplier fulfilment, delivery, tax, and returns rules will be shown before checkout.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will issue a full refund including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the return.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalised products, perishable goods, or items that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal is necessary for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Returns and faulty goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on shopestra.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Shopestra Commerce Ltd. or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the update date.
